She completely pulled out all the stops to get me the dress I wanted and at short notice too. Great service, lovely shop, beautiful dresses and very welcoming. Exactly the sort of experience you want when trying to find the perfect wedding dress. I love the fact that you have to remove your shoes and wash your hands when you go into the shop so as not to mark the wedding dresses. It’s a shame that all of the other wedding dress shops I tried before didn’t pay the same attention to detail! As it was lace, the time and detail it took to alter it to my size was incredible, and despite the fact that I wanted a couple of small changes, nothing was a problem. Thanks Lavina for helping me find my wedding dress. I had no idea that planning a wedding within 6 months would cause me so much trouble in finding a dress. Visiting a number of Bridal shops to be told I could only have two dresses out of all the dresses in the store was not what I wanted to hear. It was lovely to walk into Viva Bridal and not be made to feel like a shot gun bride! It is true that I tried many dresses that day and found the perfect dress.
